What Better way to start your day other then a nice cold healthy Smoothie, with the help of the NutriBullet Blender you are able to prepare two to four cups of a healthy treat, their 600w model works best with soft to medium hard fruits and vegies with seeds even the frozen ones, and the 1000w ones works well for harder fruits and veggies and breaking down the seeds and can prepare up to 8 cups of juicy tasty smoothies

it comes with the mixing cups one small and one big both are hard plastic
for cleaning i usually use a bit of soap with some water and let it rinse it self out from the sticky stuff and then either rinse it off with tap water or scrub with a soft sponge, and for the blades they usually get cleaned form the soap and water mix once it runs and if not i open the tap water to medium hot at full pressure and that is enough to remove anything off of it
Sometimes some bits of food get stuck on the rubber rim, it would need to be removed from time to time and clean the stuck food around or under it.

- 1 banana (frozen if possible)

- #2 Pineapple & Mango Recipie
- 1/2 pineapple fruit
- 1 Alfonso Mango
- 6 pieces of ICE Cubes
- Optional (2 Tbs Plain Yogurt )
- #3 Berries Recipie
- 1/2 banana
- hand full of strawberries
- hand full of blueberries
- hand full of raspberries
- add Ice cubes as needed to make it as liquidly as you like
- #4 Orange & Kiwi Recipie
- 1 Full orange
- 3 pieces of Kiwi (I prefer Golden Ones)
- Add 1/2 Banana if you like it Firm
